Red Wattle Pork ~ Naturally Raised and Pastured

Pastured Red Wattle pork available now. Raised "free range" on 15 acres of good grass and clover pasture, these rare Red Wattle hogs are ready to go to butcher. We never feed antibiotics or any added hormones, but instead provide our hogs with the life they were ment to live. Good clean pastures, mud to wallow in and a balanced ration to provide what their foraging doesn't. We are taking orders for this Red Wattle pork that is available now. Available by the whole hog or by the half.

We are also taking reservations for our 2010 Fall Hazelnut finished pork. We are sending 8 hogs to a chemical free hazelnut orchard where they will be allowed to harvest the whole crop.
