We deliver every month to the Portland metro area. We sell beef quanitys such 1/2 and 1/4s. Also we  have individual cuts by order. We have been selling at 4 farmers markets a week in the Portland area with a customer base of 5,000 plus customers. This coming year we will be doing business with a few CSA groups.
